Our Approach
We bring service to you. When a problem arises with your television, computer, network, sound system or surveillance equipment, our technicians travel to your home or business to perform the repair. If on‑site repair isn’t possible, we’ll pick up your equipment and return it when the job is done. You can also ship equipment to us – you pay for shipping it to us and we pay to send it back.
We believe service shouldn’t be difficult. That’s why we handle the logistics, communicate clearly throughout the repair process and minimize your downtime. All work is guaranteed for 90 days, and manufacturer warranties may extend that coverage even further.
